Three Thought Thursday: Vol. VI

I find the value in quotes is not the words themselves, but our own thoughts that emerge when hearing them.

I hope today’s One Thought from Me and One Thought from Someone Else brings forward a useful Thought from You for your own life and context today. With that in mind here is: Three Thought Thursday: Vol. VI

One Thought from Me

“I’ve never liked the terms ‘self-development’ or ‘self-help’. The phrase itself implies that you are currently less than, a judgement. I’ve been using ‘self-exploration’ recently and I like that. It implies spaciousness and adventure. And requires a curiosity and courage that I believe is necessary for growth.”

One Thought from Someone Else

“In his presence the word ‘mastery’ comes to mind. To me a master is anyone who can be themselves in any situation. Renias lives this definition. He has achieved one of the hardest things to achieve in our time: a freedom from judgment about how and who he should be.” - Boyd Varty | The Lion Trackers Guide to Life
